Like us, we know you like to get your order as soon as possible but sometimes the delivery god’s work in mysterious ways. The delivery address was incorrect or it was delivered on the other side of town! To help with a timely delivery of your order, the following information will help explain any of the potential ‘disasters’ that could happen.
All online orders are fulfilled from Wellington. We endeavour to despatch orders which are in stock within two business days of your order confirmation.
We use NZ Post and Courier Post to deliver our products to you. Daffodil Enterprises Limited has no control over the performance of NZ Post or Courier Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our products. For information regarding their shipping times please refer to their websites.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you do not receive your product after 7 working days from the date or order placement, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and contact details. We will then provide you with a tracking number which you can use to locate your order through either NZ Post or Courier Post.
